Officer – Customer RelationsWith one of our team proceeding on retirement, we have a rare opportunity to join the team in our RetireAustralia Contact Centre.Previous Contact Centre experience essential - Inbound and Outbound callsWorking on a rotating roster across the hours of 8am to 5pm Monday to FridayPreferred location is Brisbane, but we will consider applications from other states where we operate – NSW and SAFully remote position with occasional attendance at Brisbane office or RA villages for training and coachingAbout the roleReporting to the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will work closely with our Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Marketing Team, and Village Managers.
