**About this role**:
As a Customer Relations Representative based in the Australian headquarters in Brisbane, you will provide professional, efficient and timely customer service to the company's internal and external customers, stakeholders and vendors.
If successful, the Customer Relations Supervisor for Australia and New Zealand will invite you to join the Customer Relations Team.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Receiving purchase orders.
- Providing phone support.
- Accurately processing of documents.
- Resolve complaints.
- Communicate professionally and effectively.
- Ensuring that Applied's agreed quality standards are maintained with regard to its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact.
- Observing all health and safety policies and procedures and taking all reasonable care that actions or omissions do not impact the health and safety of others.
- Work within and actively promoting Applied's corporate strategies, policies, procedures and code of conduct.

***About you**:
- Previous use of SAP in a similar environment (preferred but not essential).
- 1-2 years demonstrated experience in a customer service environment.
- High level of computer literacy and Intermediate working knowledge of MS Office and data management software and office equipment, along with demonstrated ability to learn other programs quickly.
- Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and efficiency to ensure deadlines are achieved.
- High level of interpersonal skills.
- Analysis and problem-solving skills.
- Highly effective and accurate written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work flexibly with workload demands.
**Remuneration**:
A competitive salary package comprised of base salary and participation in a company bonus scheme based on achievement in your role.
