Are you a customer-focused professional looking for a new challenge? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can create and maintain excellent customer relationships, process customer orders and/or enquiries, and perform administrative and general office tasks as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
  • Process customer orders and/or enquiries in a timely manner
  • Perform administrative and general office tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry
  • Great computer skills (including Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work under pressure in an exciting team environment
