
Customer Relations Specialist

Are you a customer-focused professional looking for a new challenge? As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a key role in providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual who can create and maintain excellent customer relationships, process customer orders and/or enquiries, and perform administrative and general office tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer interactions and resolve issues efficiently
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Process customer orders and/or enquiries in a timely manner
- Perform administrative and general office tasks as required
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Previous call centre experience preferably in the food service industry
- Great computer skills (including Word, Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure in an exciting team environment
