Customer Service Officer Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and friendly individual to provide first-class services to our customers. As the heart of our business, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences through reception, merchandising, and sales.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication abilities, be available to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays, and possess knowledge of the Aquatic Industry is beneficial but not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers
  • Selling memberships and promoting centre services and programs
  • Developing and maintaining good working relations with customers
  • Promoting and exercising good public relations at all times
  • Opening/closing of the centre in accordance with security and safety procedures

Familiarity with software packages and point of sale systems is an advantage, as well as computer literacy and a positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style.
