**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is a Permanent position on a day and night continuous shift roster, at our Boddington Bauxite Mine (Fixed Plant Operations) reporting to the Fixed Plant Production Supervisor.

Key deliverables for the role are:

- Safely execute maintenance work within the fixed plant as per SAP processes
- Perform shutdown duties encompassing clearance to work and isolations
- Assisting with control room operations as required
- Actively participate in fixed plant housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

- Management of confined space, hot works and the isolation of plant and equipment
- Demonstrate commitment to safe work practices and procedures
- Demonstrates good leadership within the team - Understands and drives productivity without compromising safety
- Challenges inappropriate behaviour or standards with respect
- Assists with training and supervision as required Exposure to fixed plant maintenance with a minimum experience of 1 year

Qualifications for this position are:

- Exposure to fixed plant maintenance with a minimum experience of 1 year
- Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter/ Boiler Maker and hold a current 'C' class driver's license
