You will lead and empower a high performing team, including a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinator & Graphic Designer.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Oversee all brand plans, campaigns, and activations, ensuring it delivers to the business strategy and marketing objectives.
- Contribute to the brands strategic marketing plan and execute the plan.
- Manage the delivery of the marketing calendar & activation plan.
- Accountable for the creative briefs across all channels to ensure concept and creative is on brand.
- Lead, develop & coach a team of motivated professionals to deliver success within their roles.

**Your background**:

- Experience in brand and campaign management.
- Creative flair and outside-the-box thinking to create innovative ways to go-to-market.
- Experience managing external agencies and briefing creative teams.
- Experience leveraging customer insights to derive a plan.
- A demonstrated ability to communicate and influence effectively with all levels of team.
