Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing creative audience experiences to maximize ratings results for the company.

You will work closely with the local content team to attract listeners and achieve GFK objectives through well-targeted activations and brand experience tactics.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent people and resource management skills, a successful track record leading complex teams, and the ability to provide creative solutions to meet sales briefs and content development needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute well-targeted activations and brand experience tactics to position products in local markets.
  • Collaborate closely with the local content team to attract listeners and achieve GFK objectives inclusive of brand experience activity, external branding, web tactics, and social media.
  • Lead, coach, and develop any brand experience specialist employees within the local market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of radio/media promotions, marketing, branding, PR, digital media, and/or social media strategy.
  • In-depth knowledge of content, sales, and promotions in the radio/media industry.
  • Excellent people and resource management skills.
  • Succesful track record leading, motivating, and inspiring complex teams.
