We are seeking a highly skilled Resilience Manager to join our team, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our organization's resilience framework. In this role, you will provide expert Second Line oversight and strategic advice to advance our Business Continuity Management and operational resilience practices.

You will oversee the Business Resilience program, ensuring its effective implementation, and contribute to the development and execution of robust Business Continuity Management and Incident and Crisis Management processes. You will also support Suncorp's implementation of CPS 230.

**What you'll do**
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and embedment of Suncorp's business continuity and resilience frameworks.
- Develop and conduct training and awareness sessions, post-incident reviews and simulation exercises.
- Assist business to develop and maintain business continuity plans, in-line with approved operational resilience strategies to effectively operate within risk appetite.
- Embed a second line assurance and monitoring program for business continuity and resilience frameworks.
- Provide insights and commentary on business continuity management currency and capabilities for inclusion in business and board risk committee reporting.
- Collaboration on disaster recovery capabilities to ensure alignment with business continuity requirements.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support business interruption responses.
- Ensure compliance with relevant APRA standards, including CPS 232, CPS 230, CPS 231.
- Collaborate across the organisation to promote a risk aware culture.

**What you'll bring**
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a related discipline (business, law, finance, commence, IT, mathematics, risk, compliance) is highly desired.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Continuity and/or Risk management
- Proven experience in dealing with senior management.
- Solid understanding of business continuity management (including BIAs/BCPs), along with an ongoing interest in industry best practice on operational resilience.
