**The Opportunity**

We're looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious Internal Production Manager to join our Media, Data and Content team. This is a key role within the team in which you will be responsible for driving best practice and leading the production project management when it comes to decoupling of brand campaigns, effective media and platform partnerships, adaptation of prime content and execution of impactful responsive and planned campaigns.

**A day in the life of...**

You will be joining a passionate and dynamic team; you will work closely with our Marketing and Communications Director to develop and maintain strategies to achieve campaign targets.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Drive successful production decoupling of campaign production across Nestle brands. Work closely with Brand Teams, Agencies and Procurement to achieve effective and efficient decoupled campaigns that result in high quality outputs, increased number of assets and lower over all production costs.
- Development of fit for purpose digital assets via soft production decoupling that meet best practice benchmarks, achieve increased brand engagement metrics and increase campaign assets. Advising brand teams in the soft decoupling of digital and social production with partner agencies and platforms.
- Drive effective and efficient Prime content adaptation (from Lead Agencies) into Content Studio or partner agencies that drive personalisation at scale and fit for platform use. E.g. Adapting TVCs into Bumper creative, Facebook assets, DCO management
- Supporting the oversight and traffic workflow of Content Studio Inc. overseeing quality output and delivery to deadlines.

**What will make you successful**
- Min. 10 years business experience (min. 7 years in large operations/Agency /Client)
- Min. 7 years' experience in production management and implementation inc. video, digital and print experience
- Deep working knowledge of content production across TV/video, OOH, print, digital and social, including technical understanding, production timelines and confidence in pre and post production across multiple channels
- Experience in client management, stakeholder management, agency and production company engagement (experience working with creative and media agencies a plus)
- Project management across creative and campaign development inc. implementation and PCA (traffic experience a plus)
