Product Manager Role

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and delivery of key programs of work for our internal platform. This role requires a deep understanding of product development, technical depth, and user empathy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Own and drive the roadmap for key programs of work for the internal platform, with a focus on emerging metrics platforms and AI strategy.
  2. Operate across multiple teams to move towards a product vision that empowers product teams to make data-informed decisions at scale.
  3. Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, designers, and other PMs to build elegant, scalable systems that empower product teams with actionable insights.
  4. Drive adoption and engagement of the internal platform with a focus on product teams and leadership, embedding it in day-to-day ways of working and internal processes.
  5. Lead 0-1 product discovery and delivery, from shaping problem spaces and setting priorities through to launch and iteration.

Requirements:

  • Senior Product Manager experience in developing and delivering internal platforms or tooling.
  • Technical depth and user empathy to ensure the platform is both powerful and delightful to use for internal users.
  • Ability to think in systems, not features, and believe deeply in building composable, reusable foundations that scale.
  • Experience navigating ambiguity with confidence and rallying cross-functional teams around bold ideas.
