Key responsibilities include, but not limited to
- Coordinate and support the recruitment team in efficiently processing and improving national administration services
- Support the team to achieve its strategic targets, working closely with the Team leader and Consultants on administrative tasks
- Support the business by maintaining records on completion of competencies and contracts
- Exceptional presentation, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- PC literacy
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing markets
- Initiative, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
- Client oriented, with the ability to focus on and achieve targets within deadlines
- Ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task
- Team Player
