Job Title:

Recruitment Compliance Officer

 

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate client-focused behavior, empathy and respect for others. The successful applicant will be responsible for recruitment, compliance, communication with clients, staff orientation, incident management, marketing assistance, scheduling and day-to-day administrative tasks.

 

Key Qualifications:

Certificate III/IV in Administration or equivalent Diploma or Degree in Business Administration (preferred) and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

 

Preferred Skills:

At least 2-3 years of experience as a Recruitment officer or administrative staff sound knowledge of SCHADS Awards and solid knowledge in Home Care Package/CHSP/Disability sectors are preferred.
