The Role – Recruitment Coordinator

Based at our new Blair Athol SA head office, this role is perfect for someone from admin or customer service looking for a new challenge. You'll work on major construction and infrastructure projects across SA, building strong candidate networks and client relationships.

Your day will include:

  • Supporting our Recruitment & Operations Manager to fill blue-collar roles
  • Building candidate pipelines and client relationships
  • Allocating and supporting field employees
  • Working on projects that deliver real community outcomes
