Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with clinical leads and end users across Metro North Health to deliver the Digital Metro North Strategy 2018-32. The strategy aims to ultimately deliver an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North by 2032. Over the next five years, significant capital works are being undertaken, including hospital construction and refurbishment and the implementation of the ieMR Advanced solution across all Metro North facilities. Achieving the aims of the strategy requires a dedicated team with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains and the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver quality results.
This exciting opportunity will undertake high-level administrative, project coordination, research, analysis and reporting activities to support the Program Director and the programs objectives and deliverables.
Key knowledge and experience
**The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following**:

- High level organisation skills with the ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, using initiative to manage and prioritise workloads to meet competing deadlines within a large and complex multidisciplinary team environment.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in identifying and analysing problems, developing, and implementing remedial strategies and exercising initiative and responsibility whilst developing effective working relationships with team members and clients.
- High level oral and written communications and interpersonal skills whilst working with a range of stakeholders both internal and external to the organisation.
- Evidence of integrity and respect within a team with proven experience in identifying and managing external and internal suppliers and stakeholders which promotes the successful delivery of digital services.

About the role
- This role is full time with the standard hours of operation being 8:00am - 4:06pm, Monday to Friday.
- Flexible working arrangements such as variable working hours, working from home and flex accrual may be supported.
- There are opportunities for coaching, development and career progression within the broader Project Support team.
- Travel across Metro North facilities may be required.
