Job Title: Event Operations Director
Job Description:
We seek an accomplished Event Operations Director to oversee the planning, organization, and execution of large-scale events. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, equipment rental, and transportation.
- Oversee event staff, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful events.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in event operations with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of event logistics, vendor coordination, and project management software.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Flexibility to travel and work weekends as needed.
Reporting Structure:
The Event Operations Director reports directly to the General Manager.
