Job Description

This is an exceptional leadership opportunity to spearhead the sales and events strategy across our diverse portfolio of venues.

As a seasoned professional in sales & event leadership, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through corporate, community, and accommodation sales, while overseeing end-to-end event delivery from concept to execution.

You will build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships, deliver commercial insights, budgets, and performance reporting, and lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales & events team.

Collaboration with Operations, Marketing, and F&B teams is essential to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales & event leadership (hospitality, hotels, or venues)
  • Experience managing multi-site operations
  • A proven track record of achieving revenue and event success
  • Outstanding client engagement and stakeholder skills
  • Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
  • Organised, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
