The Event Sales Director is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in the wedding and social events market. This role requires building strong relationships, designing exceptional events, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life and deliver results-driven solutions.\
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve personal and location revenue goals.\
  • Host and coordinate showcases and trade shows to promote our services.\
  • Identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.\
  • Execute operational aspects of booked business, including proposal development, contract management, and customer communication.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.\
  • Ensure seamless execution of events from initial inquiry to final delivery.\
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.\
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and clients.\
  • Contribute to the development of sales training programs and materials to enhance team performance.\
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.\
  • Suggest improvements to processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.\
  • Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve common goals and objectives.\
