AMH is seeking a highly motivated Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will sell our range of new and used vehicles to potential customers while providing exceptional customer service. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is a full-time role operating on an 11-day fortnight, offering a competitive salary for the right person.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers who visit the dealership
- Provide customers with up-to-date information about the vehicles and their features
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers on vehicle inspections
- Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers
- Work with the manager and sales team to achieve sales targets
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the cars in our inventory
- Maintain the presentation of the vehicles to be sale ready.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Complete paperwork and record-keeping accurately

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in car sales or a related field is desirable; however, AMH will provide training to the right person.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Customer-focused approach
