Embark on a consulting journey with Our Client, a leading innovator in infrastructure solution. This remote position offers you the opportunity to be a key influencer in Our Client's growth, providing top-tier technical support and strategic guidance to their valued customers.

Key areas you'll contribute

**Strategic Advisory Role**:

- Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert on Data products.

**Operations Management and Escalations**:

- Handle daily technical operations and escalations, collaborating directly with customers and development teams for issue resolution.

**Implementation and Customer Engagement**:

- Perform customer installations, upgrades, and expansions, while leading regular monthly and quarterly customer review meetings.

**Product Evangelism and Support**:

- Act as an evangelist for Data products, providing guidance and support to assigned accounts.

**Continuous Improvement and Collaboration**:

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, collaborate with account teams to provide technical guidance, and actively contribute by submitting feature requests and bug reports. Coordinate with product marketing and development teams based on customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer-facing roles with complex IT solutions.
- Extensive knowledge in enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, and storage.
- Strong understanding of file systems and expertise in scale-out NAS implementation.
- Advantageous experience with S3, high-performance computing, and lab/hardware management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial environment.
