**About the role**:
As the Quality Systems Coordinator - Product Data, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating product specifications and quality data within both Simplot's internal systems and various customer platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, timely updates, and managing the obsoletion process. This role involves administering multiple customer portals and providing support for product change management, positive release programs, and quality-related queries.
Additionally, you will provide guidance and training on Hamilton Grant (HG) systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support national internal and external audits. Your contributions will be crucial in managing administrative data and coordinating critical processes such as approval and obsoletion processes.
**What will you do**:
- Maintain and update product specifications in both Simplot and customer systems, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer customer systems and provide training for teams on Hamilton Grant (HG).
- Resolve quality queries, supplying necessary documentation such as certificates, specifications, and ingredient details.
- Manage customer portals like Coles Fusion, WW Sphere, Partner Hub, ALDI etc.
- Review and approve finished goods specifications.
- Assist with national internal and external audits.
**About you**:
- Previous quality experience in a data management or administrative capacity, particularly within a food manufacturing or quality systems environment.
- Knowledge of managing specifications via Hamilton Grant (HG) or equivalent platforms, including customer portals like Coles Fusion or WW PLMS.
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Clear and partnering communication style, both written and verbal, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Agile mindset, able to self-prioritize tasks and manage competing priorities in a complex environment.
