**The sweet things you'll be involved in**:
As the National Quality Systems Coordinator, you'll support the implementation of our strategic Quality Plan across Sugar Australia and Wilmar Ingredients. Working closely with the National Quality Manager, site quality teams, and key internal stakeholders, you'll help shape and maintain a robust Quality Management System that drives performance, ensures compliance, and supports continuous improvement.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Supporting the implementation and administration of the national Quality Management System across multiple sites.
- Coordinating and following up on customer complaints, non-conformances, deviations, and root cause investigations.
- Managing and maintaining quality registers, supplier approval records, and documentation in our Electronic Library Online (ELO) system.
- Providing support and oversight for internal and external audits, including certification and customer audits.
- Assisting in developing specifications, quality agreements, and compliance documents for customers and suppliers.
- Participating in continuous improvement projects and contributing to strategic quality initiatives.
- Acting as the site expert on quality documentation systems, supporting training and coaching across quality and operations teams.

**What we're wanting you to bring to the table**:
We're looking for someone with a passion for quality, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem solving. You'll also need:

- A tertiary qualification in Science or a related field.
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing preferred.
- Exposure to FSSC 22000 or ISO Quality & Food Safety Systems.
- Experience in quality systems administration and internal auditing (HACCP preferred).
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly SharePoint and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and time management skills.
- A proactive, self-starting mindset with a commitment to high standards, accuracy, and timely follow-through.
