**The Role**
An exciting opportunity in Regional Northern Victoria (specifically Bendigo, Benalla, Albury and Wodonga) has arisen for an experienced clinician who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and ensuring the best care and services to their residents and employees. You will be supporting Facility Managers and Clinical Care Managers and all employees in the pursuit of resident centred care. You will support 8 homes through providing expert knowledge in compliance, accreditation and risk management processes and work closely with their operational leaders to improve quality outcomes through a positive coaching approach. In addition as a Quality Business Partner you are the champion of the audit process and are a key driver in the ongoing development and implementation of our clients quality framework.

**About you**
This a fabulous opportunity for an experienced Quality and Risk professional, or a Care Director looking to specialise in risk and clinical governance.
- Demonstrated experience in an aged care setting with exposure to accreditation and risk management
- Qualified RN with current APHRA registration
- Demonstrated leadership capability, with the ability to drive change in the homes
- Demonstrated knowledge of aged care policy impacting quality
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
