**Job Opportunity: Regional Training Hub Manager**

The Monash Rural Health organization is seeking a skilled professional to serve as the Manager of the North West Victoria Regional Training Hub. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of regional medical training.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including medical students, junior doctors, hospitals, government bodies, universities, and specialist colleges. Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with these entities to ensure the effective implementation of program objectives and high-quality administrative management under the guidance of the NWVRTH Director.

Key responsibilities include working hand-in-hand with health services to obtain accreditation and funding for new medical training posts, developing strategies to empower local medical professionals as clinical supervisors, and managing various events and activities aimed at promoting training pathways to medical students and junior doctors.

A comprehensive evaluation framework will be implemented to assess the effectiveness of initiatives undertaken by the North West Victoria Regional Training Hub. The successful candidate will be required to travel to other campuses of the University and remote locations, some of which may not be easily accessible via public transport.

The ideal candidate must possess Australian work rights and demonstrate flexibility in their work arrangements. Monash University supports a range of policies enabling staff to combine work and personal commitments, including supporting parents.
