.Based in Wallsend our Account Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining key relationships with stakeholders that contribute toward Breakthru's growth.
You will identify, establish and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships within the local community to increase clients accessing Breakthru's DES services.You will also support these clients, by ensuring there are ongoing employment and work experience opportunities fed through by your local and national employer partners.Key Responsibilities IncludePromote Breakthru programs and services to attract new clients and partnersBuild and maintain relationships with referral partners and stakeholdersSupport clients through the DES entry processUndertake reverse marketing, cold calling, and employer engagement to create job opportunitiesNegotiate work experience placements and transitions to employmentInfluence pre-employment support strategies to meet employer needsEducate stakeholders on disability confidencePromote the benefits of employment to clientsRepresent Breakthru at marketing and networking eventsAnalyse labour market trendsAbout You.
