The Account Manager - Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for overseeing the company's accounts receivable function, ensuring that customer payments are timely and accurate.
Responsibilities:- Manage collections and account reconciliations to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to resolve any issues or concerns related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas of improvement and implement process enhancements to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debt.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with accounting software and systems, including Apxium and MYOB PM.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly collection targets.
- Bad debt ratio reduction.
- Cash flow optimization.
