App Store Manager, Consumer Engagement

A unique opportunity to be a part of NewsCorp Australia's fast paced Customer Engagement team. In this role you will be involved in the daily experimentation and execution of marketing campaigns across some of Australia's most recognised and prestigious brands. Focusing on off-platform advertising sales through App Stores, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and engagement of NewsCorps' digital subscription audience.

**What is the role?**
- Optimisation of news corp subscription brands within app store environments (Core and News Advance brands - NB, all other brands remain the responsibility of existing product owners)
- Ensure app store presence is in line with current brand and CVP positioning.
- Execute campaign delivery, both brand wide and app store specifics.
- Coordinate and execute relevant channel pricing.
- Conceive and execute engagement initiatives to ensure strong subscriber usage.
- Own in store engagement methods and efforts (to improve commenting and ratings)
- Own consumer best practice recommendations to platform delivery and project owners.
- Build out test and trial program ( promotion / pricing etc)
- Build and execute winback programs
- Creating and sharing key performance metrics / dashboards
- Collaborate across core and News Advance teams to ensure program / performance alignment

**Who are you?**
- Self starter and motivated individual with a bias for action who enjoys a fast paced dynamic environment
- Well versed in industry best practice in digital marketing and customer behaviour
- Proven understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in omni channel campaign delivery
- An innovative thinker with a test and learn mind-set, experience in agile optimisation preferred
- A keen interest in new technologies, using AI and machine learning to drive improved customer outcomes at scale
- Comfortable using data driven approaches to develop targeting, measure, interpret results and optimise
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders of all levels
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or similar field
