The Care Park Group is a global parking management and property services provider approaching 500 locations in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Hungary and the United Kingdom. Our services include parking operations in major locations such as Queen Victoria Market, and Festival Brisbane and extend to hospitals, airports, casinos, sporting venues and commercial centres. We park over 150,000 cars daily worldwide.

**Your new role**

Care Assist is the state-of-the-art control centre and centre for customer service across all of Care Park's automated sites, as well as providing support to many other departments of the Care Park Group.
- Answering inbound customer calls and troubleshooting issues
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Data entry and reporting
- Available for afternoon and evening shifts

**What you'll need to succeed**

To be successful in this position you must have previous experience in a similar, fast-paced role. To maintain and enhance customer satisfaction within the organisation, your passion for people will play a critical role and you will have:

- Experience working in a fast-paced customer service role
- Data entry experience highly regarded
- Energetic, proactive, and confident with high reliability and punctuality
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional personal presentation
- Skilled in the use of computers and other technology (Windows, Office, Google Suite etc).
- Current National Police clearance, or willing to accept our invitation to submit for a clearance

**Salary**: $26.00 - $27.00 per hour
