Job Title: Control Room Operators- Vic- Cbd

The role requires flexibility and adaptability as it involves working a 24/7 rotating roster. Based in the CBD, this full-time position offers onsite parking and the opportunity to work with a well-known critical infrastructure client.

The key responsibilities of the job include monitoring and operating CCTV cameras, identifying risks and resolving issues, assisting with emergency situations, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate a current Victorian Control Room Security Licence, flexibility to work non-traditional hours, and previous control room and monitoring experience.

A typical day may involve monitoring CCTV footage, responding to alarms, and communicating with clients and other teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.
