We're a rapidly growing Software as a Service provider on a mission to empower people and organisations and to help us reach new heights, we're looking for a Customer Success Analyst to join our Brisbane CBD team.
Your Impact: As a Customer Success Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring the success and satisfaction of our valued customers. Working with the Implementation Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with customers to tailor solutions to their unique needs. Analysing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and retention. Providing ongoing support and assistance, resolving any concerns. Working closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and achieve our business objectives.You Bring: To excel in this role, you should have:
Proven experience, preferably having worked in a consulting or tech company. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with Activity Based Costing, Cost Transparency, Cost Modeling or Technology Business Management (preferred). Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills. A problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-centric approach. Excellent organisation, time management, and proficiency in CRM systems. A relevant Bachelor's degree (preferred), along with qualifications like Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).Your Rewards: When you join MagicOrange, you'll enjoy:
