Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled professional to serve as a customer success coach, ensuring seamless onboarding and maximizing software benefits for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement tailored onboarding strategies to maximize client adoption and satisfaction
- Conduct interactive training webinars and workshops on software features and capabilities
- Create engaging tutorial videos and screen captures to support client learning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted communications and promotions
- Identify at-risk clients and provide proactive support to ensure their success
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client retention and satisfaction
- Work closely with the support team to continuously improve onboarding tools and resources
Requirements:
- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Strong understanding of compliance regulations and operations best practices
- Familiarity with learning management systems and technology platforms
