Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement tailored onboarding strategies to maximize client adoption and satisfaction
  • Conduct interactive training webinars and workshops on software features and capabilities
  • Create engaging tutorial videos and screen captures to support client learning
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop targeted communications and promotions
  • Identify at-risk clients and provide proactive support to ensure their success
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client retention and satisfaction
  • Work closely with the support team to continuously improve onboarding tools and resources

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of compliance regulations and operations best practices
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and technology platforms
