
Customer Success Advocate

Job Description: As a valued member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and success. You will collaborate with customers to tailor solutions to their unique needs, analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention, and provide ongoing support and assistance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consulting or tech companies
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with Activity Based Costing, Cost Transparency, Cost Modeling, or Technology Business Management (preferably)
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and customer-centric approach
- Excellent organization, time management, and proficiency in CRM systems
- A relevant Bachelor's degree (preferably), along with qualifications like Chartered Accountant (CA/CPA) or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA)
