DCC has a fantastic opportunity for an HR administrator to be part of a small HR team based in Melbourne. You will gain exposure to all parts of the HR function and employee life cycle for approximately 350 employees.
**About the role**
- Support a small People & Culture team with HR administrative tasks. Some examples are onboarding and offboarding employees, recruitment, remuneration reviews, preparing HR documents and reporting.
- Manage the P&C inbox and respond to general queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Prepare and provide reports for HR team and Managing Principals when needed.
- Coordinate internal learning and development activity.
- Manage the People and Culture intranet page and ensuring all documents and policies are up to date.
- Assist with HR projects, events and other initiatives.
- Be the key point of contact for QANTM Central enquiries.
**About You**
- This is a great opportunity for an HR administrator who has a minimum of two years' experience in a similar HR administrative role, providing excellent internal client service and assisting with employee processes.
- As the first point of contact, you bring excellent written and verbal communication skills and are confident speaking with external and internal stakeholders.
- You bring experience with excel and the creation of reports using information from HR and payroll systems. Experience with Microsoft products, eg Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Visio - would be an advantage, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience using and maintaining an online filing system.
- Exposure to using data and AI to improve processes and help with reporting would be an advantage.
- A strong interest in People and Culture and a field in HR.
