**This Role**

Joining a large and talented People and Culture team, you will be providing administration support across the team. Some work areas this role will support include updating and maintaining the HRIS, compliance reporting, internal staff inquiries, external stakeholder inquiries, P&C team administration, and other project-based tasks.

Offering a variety of tasks, this role offers a person the opportunity to grow and learn in a supportive and friendly team.

You will enjoy working in administration roles, putting forward ideas for continuous improvement, and have a high level of attention to detail. As the first point of contact for many of our team members, you will be a clear and caring communicator with a strong commitment to excellent and responsive customer service.

- Previous administration experience in a P&C/HR team;
- An energetic, engaging and practical approach to your stakeholders and work;
- Strong communication and customer service skills; and
- An ability to manage high workloads.
