**The Challenge**:
Are you looking for a role that challenges both your creative skills as well as your analytical abilities? We're looking for an experienced ANZ Field & ABM Marketing Manager who has exceptional experience in managing and running field marketing within Australia and New Zealand. This person will be focused on building the Qualtrics brand within ANZ, alongside developing quality leads and pipeline for our sales team.

This person would be part of our growing APJ marketing team and have support within campaigns, PR, content, digital and marketing operations. We are looking for someone who is exceptional with partnering with sales to understand the market and co-develop the marketing strategy. Our field activities consist of events (all types being digital events, 3rd party sponsorships, own hosted events which can range from 10 people to 2,500), finding customers who are willing to be advocates of Qualtrics, developing campaigns specific for ANZ and working closely with the wider APJ marketing team to provide strong strategic guidance on ANZ specific needs.

**The Role**:

- Development of the ANZ field & ABM marketing strategy, budget and plans.
- Work closely with the local sales team and A/NZ country manager to co-create the field marketing strategy and events.
- Management of all events from start to finish including follow up activities. Types of events include seminars, trade shows, webinars, executive round tables. These can range from 10 - 2,500+ attendees.
- You will define the goals of each program component, manage the budget and timeline, and handle a variety of vendor and venue partners to ensure all key people are working together to deliver a high quality experience.
- You will utilise extraordinary communication skills to lead leadership reviews and post event debriefs.
- Lead Account Based Marketing in ANZ, understanding top target accounts with sales and developing personalised assets and campaigns to target these accounts.
- Work closely with the rapidly growing APJ marketing team members - digital, marketing automation, campaigns and content roles to provide strategic guidance to all channels of marketing.
- Develop a strong relationship with the local sales team to ensure there is strong engagement of them at events.
- Work closely with the local sales and customer success team to understand which customers of ours are happy to participate in marketing activities - speaking at events, press releases and case studies.
- Analyse A/NZ field marketing results and optimise to increase engagement, lead quality, conversion rates, program performance and the effectiveness of marketing spend. Ultimately, you will drive towards delivering 30% of the pipeline and revenue from marketing.

**Your Experience**:

- Must have 6+ years of hands-on experience in a marketing or agency role with a proven track record of commercial results or as a field marketing manager, with ownership of a country marketing number
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding, experience and passion of events (online and offline), demand generation and revenue attribution.
- Ability to manage time, juggle multiple priorities to execute high quality deliverables.
- Skilled negotiator with proven experience finding creative ways to do more with less and track record of staying on budget.
- Experience working in a fast paced and highly cross-functional organisation.
