**Café Supervisor**:
**$75,000 plus superannuation**

We are on the lookout for a polished and creative **Café Supervisor** to lead the front-of-house team in our funky and modern **staff café** based at our high-tech corporate client, based in **Sydney CBD**

**The role**:

- Oversee daily operations of the café, leading from the front
- Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with regulars
- Support and mentor café and barista staff to ensure smooth service
- Manage stock levels, deliveries, POS and daily cash handling
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace health & safety standards
- Collaborate with chefs and the broader hospitality team to deliver fresh, innovative menus
- Bring energy, organization and creativity to everything you do

**You will bring**:

- Proven experience as a café supervisor or team leader in a fast-paced setting
- Strong barista skills and a passion for great coffee
- Natural leadership qualities and great communication skills
- A hands-on, team-first attitude - happy to jump in wherever needed
- Understanding of HACCP and food safety protocols
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- **Full Australian working rights**
