In this role, you will ensure smooth day-to-day shuttle operations, lead and support the driver team, and deliver an exceptional guest experience through safe transport and engaging commentary.Key DutiesSafely transport guests between Mossman Gorge Cultural Centre and the Gorge according to scheduleProvide informative and engaging commentary about the local area and cultureAssist with coordinating driver breaks, fatigue management, and guest movementsLead and support the driver team, maintaining professional standards and excellent customer serviceEnsure vehicles are well maintained, completing pre-shift checks and reporting issues promptlyWhat's in it for you?
