About the Role :

Our Stanthorpe transport depot is looking for casual and full-time MC Shuttle drivers.

You will join a long standing, close knit and supportive team. As a casual, you will be flexible and able to work shifts across the 7-day period. There is plenty of work to keep you busy and earning well.

The shifts are day and night, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of our valued customer goods.

Duties you can expect with this role include :

Working with temperature sensitive produceEnsuring the safe and timely handling of company freightCompleting relevant pre-start checklists, safety documentation and delivery paperworkInteracting with clients in a professional mannerWorking closely with depot teams for the loading, unloading and transportation of freightCompleting essential safety documentation such as pre-start checklists

About the requirements :

The candidates we are looking for will have :

Have a current & valid MC licence as a minimumExperience driving B-doublesKnowledge of paperwork associated with freight delivery and familiarity using internal cab data systems.Basic Fatigue Management accreditation (well respected but not essential)Have a commitment to workplace health and safety.Have a strong customer focus with good communication skills.Be well presented, professional and reliable.

To be successful for this role applicants must :

Pass a Commercial Drivers Health Assessment including drug and alcohol testProvide a current traffic print outBe willing to work weekend roster & be flexible with start & finish times

Previous refrigerated transport experience is highly respected in this role.
