Job Title: Passenger Transportation Specialist

This is a full-time role that reports to the Operations Manager.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Shuttle Bus Driver who will be responsible for the safe transportation of customers between Brisbane Airport and our Branch at Eagle Farm.

This position involves working on a rotating roster across Monday – Sunday 7am – 7pm with flexibility to work extended hours if required, as well as public holidays.

  • Pick up and drop off passengers between the airport and the branch in the shuttle bus including assisting passengers with their luggage in and out of the vehicle.
  • Provide excellent customer service by meeting and greeting customers upon pick up and drop off; resolving any issues or feedback promptly.
  • Support the upkeep of passenger and commercial vehicles, ensuring they meet company standards for presentation.
  • Conduct safety and damage checks on all vehicles prior to use and after each trip, completing the Vehicle Detailer checklist to ensure optimal functioning.
