An exciting opportunity exists for a Shuttle Bus Driverbased at Brisbane Off Airport on a full time basis
The Shuttle Bus Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers at Brisbane Airport are safely taken to and from the terminal ranks to our back up office location on airport grounds.
They will also assist in loading and unloading baggage / luggage of customers.Key tasks and responsibilities:Provide timely shuttle service to customers to/from airport terminal to the office locationBuild rapport and assist with customer queries and provide relevant information to enhance the customer experienceRefuel and maintain shuttle equipmentConduct thorough cleanliness inspections to ensure the bus is clean and well-presentedResponsible for the safe transportation, loading, and unloading of passengers, and luggageBe compliant with road safety and regulations, internal company policies, local airport authorities, traffic management, and any other local laws.To be considered, you should possess:A current, valid and unrestricted driver's licenseMust have full rights to work in AustraliaAbility to work around a 7 day rotating rosterA flexible approach to business hoursStrong commitment towards customer service and going the extra mileThe ability to undergo a full medical assessment that the Company will pay for.In return, the successful candidate will receive:Staff discounts (including Accor hotel discounts after 12 months of service)Company uniformDiscounted car rental – great discounts for staff, family and friendsGlobal brand and great culture, working with an energetic, supportive and high performing teamAccess to Employee Assistance ProgramAbout Europcar Mobility GroupEuropcar Mobility Group is a global mobility player, with 75 years of mobility services expertise and a leading position in Europe.
