**What this opportunity involves**:
Due to an increase in projects to be delivered over the coming years, we are seeking a Procurement Administrator to be the next addition to our team. This role will be required to be based in Melbourne.

You will have superior communication skills with ability to build and foster successful relationships with stakeholders to assist the Procurement Manager with delivery of outstanding client services and administrative support in all procurement processes to the Client.

**Snapshot of the role**:
Provide outstanding client service by actively supporting the team in all procurement processes.
Ensure all procurement activities meet JLL's business and corporate objectives.
Ensure all procurement activities broadly meet the requirements of the Client's procurement rules.
Provide analytical and administrative support for the Client
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders.

Sound interpersonal skills to manage a diverse range of stakeholders (e.g. service providers, clients, etc.)
Strong administrative and report writing experience is essential (within a Procurement function is a plus, but not essential)
Possess a keen eye for detail
Demonstrated ability to work independently with internal and external stakeholders, and as a member of a team
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Sound proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel)
