Procurement Administration Officer – Benetas

This role is based at Benetas. Base pay range: A$70,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr.

Role overview
We are looking for an experienced Procurement Administration Officer to assist with procurement activities and related administration at Benetas.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting procurement performance reporting, benefits realisation, and contract compliance
  • Assisting in sourcing strategy execution and contract management administration
  • Managing procurement and fleet inboxes, vendor compliance, and stakeholder engagement
  • Updating and maintaining procurement intranet content, master data, and contract registers
  • Providing general administrative support, including memo drafting, meeting coordination, and intranet updates
About you / Qualifications
  • Experience in procurement and contract management within a complex service-based environment
  • Strong data analysis, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and written communication abilities
  • High attention to detail and alignment with established processes
  • Experience in using electronic management systems
