Role
Sales Partnership Managerto manage an existing portfolio of ~60 clients across NSW and ACT while driving new business growth (50% of the role).
This position requires a strategic mindset, not just transactional sales.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow key client accounts
Prospect and win new business with confidence
Deliver value-driven solutions tailored to clients' needs
Travel within NSW/ACT when needed (car required)
Work hybrid — autonomy with team support
Qualifications and attributes
3+ years in account management or business development
Experience in real estate or a related industry (preferred)
Consultative, solutions-first sales approach
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-starter with a hunger to exceed targets
