
Sales Partnership Manager

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team in a strategic, client-facing role.
This position is responsible for managing, retaining, and growing a portfolio of existing clients. You will take full ownership of client relationships across all service lines, acting as the key point of contact to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities to expand our services.
You will work closely with the Sales Director, Service Delivery Leads, and technical teams to ensure a structured, value-driven engagement model. This role suits someone who is commercially minded, highly organised, and passionate about building long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients across multiple service lines.
- Build deep, trusted relationships by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics.
- Conduct regular check-ins, manage renewals, and track client health to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a client advocate internally, ensuring their needs are represented across delivery and support.
- Experienced in account management, ideally within professional services or cybersecurity.
- Skilled at building client relationships and managing multiple accounts with structure and consistency.
- Process-driven and detail-oriented, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Commercially aware, able to identify and act on growth opportunities without being salesy.
- Client-first mindset with the ability to navigate challenges and deliver outcomes collaboratively.
- Confident working with internal stakeholders across sales, delivery, and leadership.
- Proficient in using CRM tools (ideally HubSpot) to track activity, manage renewals, and document engagement.
- Take ownership of key client relationships and make a direct impact on their success and satisfaction.
