We are a first-class specialist team providing regulatory and competition law advice and support, inputting into key business decisions and strategies across Sky's broad range of fast-moving businesses. This role offers the opportunity for a wide variety of high quality work of a standard rarely found outside private practice.

What you'll do:
You will support the Competition & Regulatory team in a variety of ways, including:

- project manage and assist with Sky's responses to information requests and consultations from regulators such as Ofcom, the Competition and Markets Authority and European Commission in respect of competition law, merger control and regulatory matters, including:

- acting as the primary interface with commercial partners for gathering and reviewing information/data;
- managing timelines, trackers and reporting;
- internal and external communications;
- assist with competition and regulatory litigation, investigations and clearances;
- carry out legal research;
- contribute to the team's knowhow management activities, including coordinating knowhow meetings and maintaining the team's knowhow intranet site; and
- assist with the team's competition law compliance activities, which include an eLearning course and maintenance of Dawn Raid guidance and procedures.

What you'll bring:

- experience in an established law firm, in-house legal team or regulator;
- strong project management, delivery and organisational skills;
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with others in the team, the wider business and externally, to deliver Sky's objectives;
- an appetite for learning and expanding your skills across a broad range of issues;
- an enthusiasm for Sky's business, good commercial awareness and a keen interest in and understanding of new technology; and
- the ability to progress matters alone, whilst knowing when to consult or seek guidance.
