**About Us**

**Role**: You will be primarily supporting Cluster including retail; Media and Utility sector.

The PMO & Reporting Analyst (QE&T) primary role is to be the central point of contact to service resource requests from the Portfolio Leader and Account Delivery Managers. The core focus is achieving high levels of customer success, through proactively managing client onboarding procedures, working closely with the Talent Acquisition Team (and other key stakeholders) to deliver on resource requests, delivering accurate reports that are fit for purpose and proactive management of bench resources.

**Skills Required**:

- You'll have high energy, a positive attitude and a strong sense of urgency. Experience in preparing and delivering reports
- Experience working within a PMO role
- Strong excel skills and management reporting (is a must)
- Experience in assisting resource allocation, pipeline planning, tracking and activity management
- Have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
