This role will play a key part in coordinating program-wide controls, governance, and reporting functions.
Responsibilities PMO Coordination – Lead the coordination of PMO resources, systems, and deliverables across multiple workstreams Governance & Reporting – Drive governance processes and produce high-quality reporting for leadership and stakeholders Program Communication – Ensure effective communication and information sharing across the program Controls Implementation – Define and implement program-wide control systems, procedures, and documentation Process Monitoring – Monitor and support internal processes to ensure alignment and consistency Capability Development – Champion the ongoing development of program management capability within the client organisation Qualifications Extensive Experience – Minimum 10 years' experience in project controls, ideally within the rail sector PMO Expertise – Strong background in PMO leadership, governance, and program reporting Communication Skills – Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Systems Knowledge – Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination and internal systems On-Site Presence – Comfortable working on-site in a client office (minimum 3 days per week in Brisbane CBD) Team-Oriented – A team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Additional Information Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
