**About the company**:
- Construction and maintenance solutions business providing professional building and construction services across all industries covering Melbourne and Victoria. From minor reactionary maintenance to major refurbishments and building projects, the team are well respected within the industry with clients such as local government and public housing on their books.**Key Requirements**:
- Check, capture and process a high volume of supplier invoices on a daily basis
- Preparation of purchase orders and liaising with suppliers and trades
- Liaising with clients regarding job requirements, providing updates and job status
- Maintaining up to date registers and databases
- Assisting administration manager in general administrative duties and clerical support
**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Must have minimum 5 years experience in an administrative role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite(in particular Word and Excel)
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
