About the OPPORTUNITY
We have a new opportunity for an ADF Support Officer to join our program based in Canberra, reporting to the DFMS Project Manager.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and hybrid working.
You will be responsible for ensuring DFMS product operations run smoothly, managing software deployment/testing, proactively monitoring networks, maintaining updated support documentation, and analysing for solutions and improvements.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and ensure smooth operation of DFMS products.
- Address urgent issues outside regular work hours.
- Manage deployment and testing of software versions whilst also proactively monitoring networks for issue detection and resolution.
- Create and update support documentation.
- Analyse issues, provide solutions, and suggest improvements.

About YOU
- Broad technical ICT experience in multiple areas including networking and systems admin
- Experience in providing support for software products
- Experience in a defence related technical industry
- Knowledge of Defence communications network infrastructure
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment or eligibility to obtain
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain
