Role Summary

  • The Australian Government is currently seeking a skilled Engagement Support Officer to join the ADF Cadets Directorate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and prepare communication products for internal and external stakeholders, including social media and ministerial correspondence.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify options and proposed courses of action for public affairs guidance, communication, media, and event issues management.
  3. Build and maintain productive relationships within the Reserve and Cadet Support Division and with external stakeholders.
  4. Support opportunities for travel may arise.

About Our Team:

  • The Reserve and Cadet Support Division provides support services, including the ADF Cadets Directorate, Youth Policy and Programs, and ICT Services and Projects.
  • Our team works collaboratively to contribute to Defence people capability.
  • The ADF Cadets Directorate aims to standardise governance and engagement support across Navy, Army, and Air Force cadet programs.
