  • Taking a more holistic care approach, work within a multidisciplinary team to support the journey from rehab to healing
  • Perform a variety of assessments depending on your area of clinical expertise. This could include functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or activities of daily living assessments
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including the employee who has suffered injury, illness, or trauma, medical specialists, and other treatment providers
  • Support our military client cohort return to work

We currently have two opportunities available:

  1. Part-Time: Working three days (your choice of days between Monday through to Friday) onbase at Duntroon ACT. Hours 07:30 - 15:30. Support current ADF members return to work.
  2. Full-Time: Flexibility in hours. This is a hybrid role where your worksite is split between the ADF base, Acumen office and work from home. Support DVA and current ADF members.

What will make you successful:

  • Current unrestricted registration with AHPRA, ESSA (as an EP), ASORC or AASW
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Psychology or Social Work
  • Clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams to support the achievement of a common goal
  • Passion to help people rehabilitate
  • Occupational Rehabilitation experience will be highly regarded
